Job Description

• Has a Bachelor’s degree or operations management or any related course.
• Has a minimum of 2-3 years supervisory experience in the outsourcing industry.
• Embodies professionalism and leads by example.
• Has positive orientation with strong interpersonal skills.
• Ideally has some kind of background in telemarketing or sales.
• Possess exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Has a thirst for achievement and works well towards targets.

REQUIREMENTS:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in any field. 

At least 5 year(s) of work experience in Quality Assurance Management for a BPO/ Call Center

SHOULD have experience as a Manager specializing in Quality Assurance 

Open to shifting schedule

- Provide Q&A responses on the support.exvo.com pages

- Write and maintain help pages

- Provide direct client support and technical issue resolution via email, phone and live chat.

- Provide training to clients on using and working with Exvo products.

Qualifications:

- Call center experience

- Strong command of the English language

- Must be proficient in Internet related applications such as E-Mail clients, chat system and web browsers.

- Must be patient, hard working and can work in a team

Desired Skills:

- Open, friendly and helpful personality

- Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.

- Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, organizational, and presentation skills.

- Able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.

- Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.

- Experience with hardware and software issues.

Assignment Summary:
The Customer Service Representative is Responsible for providing customer care activities for defined client projects.
Key Responsibilities:

The CSR’s main task is to offer full range of customer service to assigned clients, by phone, fax, or mail/e-mail, ensuring highest quality..
The CSR’s work duties may include data input to Clients’ programs and other back office tasks. The Back Office tasks should be made on first opportunity, precisely.
Additional responsibilities may be added as the needs of the business change and expand.

(3) Full Time Position: Medical Billing Specialists
• Must have atleast 2 years of Call Center Experience
• Preferably with U.S. Medical office billing or U.S. Insurance background
• Above-average listening and communications skills
• Ability to spend a large amount of time on the phone
• Ability to work with minimal errors
• Can work on Graveyard shifts and long hours coverage
