Job Description

Female not more than 30yrs/old
Candidates must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in any business course
Must be keen on details and other administrative requirements of the office
Good communication (oral and written) and presentation skills
Highly organized, willing to work from Mondays-Saturdays

Working under the supervision of the Manager

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Oversee all aspects of general office coordination.

2. Maintain office calendar to coordinate work flow and meetings.

3. Maintain confidentiality in all aspects of client, staff and agency information.

4. Interact with clients and visitors.

5. Answer telephones and transfer to appropriate staff member.

6. Open, sort and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.

7. Perform general clerical duties to include, but not limited to, bookkeeping, copying, faxing,

mailing and filing.

8. File and retrieve organizational documents, records and reports.

9. Coordinate and maintain records for staff, office space, telephones

 and office keys.

10. Coordinate and direct office services, such as records, budget preparation, personnel and

housekeeping.

11. Set up and coordinate meetings.

12. Purchase and supplies.

13. Arrange for the repair and maintenance of office equipment.

14. Support staff in assigned projectbased work.
