Job Description
A five-acre resort hotel set facing the majestic sunset with delightful amenities to choose and enjoy. The resort hotel have an upgraded facility with our 24/7 wireless fidelity access and security. We offered hotel rooms, membership, functions and seminars for corporate and social events. Our amenities include swimming, billiards, table tennis, bar & restaurant, Jacuzzi, picnic huts and massage services. We cater to a variety of clients from corporate, government & non-government organizations, travel agencies, wide variety of foreign travelers, OFW’s, balikbayans and local tourists.
Executive Chef
(Western Visayas – Bacolod City)
Responsibilities:
- Product Development
- Menu Costing and service portioning
- Ensure compliance to good kitchen practices and recommends actions for improvements
- Management of kitchen personnel
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, Food & Beverages Service Management, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Preferably Supervisor / 5 Yrs & Up Experienced Employees specializing in Foods/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent
- Excellent planning and execution of cuisine, special menu savvy
- Must be able to work independently and willing to work long hours
