Male not more than 45 years old.
Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer with MBA.
Should have broad experience in people management and in real estate development and operation.
Determined, patient, strong willed, trustworthy, flexible, smart and possessed good leadership skills.
Must be physically healthy and a non-smoker.
