Job Description
BOUNTY AGRO VENTURES, INC. the country’s second largest poultry integrator company with various poultry and meat products under the brand name Bounty Fresh is urgently in need for people with the following qualifications:
HR Assistant – Bacolod
(Western Visayas – Bacolod)
Responsibilities:
- Assist HR Specialist Visayas in recruitment and training
- Process personnel requisition forms of Branch Heads & Departments
- Post job vacancies and attends to job fairs
- Pre-screens BAVI applicants and CTG crew
- Coordinate with manpower service providers in Visayas
- Conducts company orientation to new employees
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor’s/College Degree or Post Graduate Diploma / Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or equivalent.
- Must have Strong background in sourcing,screening & Interviewing of applicants Rank and File and Supervisory position.
- With above average presentation skills.
- Must be reliable, patient and organized.
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Human Resources and or Training.
- 1 Full-Time positions available.
