Job Description

Requirements:•
Graduate of AB/BS Psychology or any equivalent course
• Must have at least 1 year related experience in all aspects of HR (Recruitment, Benefits,
Compensation, Industrial Relations)
• Good analytical, Coaching, Decision Making, Communication skills
• A team player
• Computer proficient

Responsibilities:
A. Performs the full recruitment and staffing cycle from search and evaluation to hiring, documentation and orientation of new and newly regularized employees of the depot.

B. Implements the performance management system

C. Recommends and manages the labor relations activities and related policies and procedures.

D. Ensures accurate administration of benefits such as HMO, Uniforms, SL & VL, Loans and other government mandated benefits.

E. Process payroll and other payroll related reports such as SSS, HDMF, Philhealth,Tax, Loans and payroll deduction listings.

F. Maintains complete and update records of employees’ 201 files.

G. Maintains and updates employee masterlist.

H. Monitors clearance and computes final pay of employees.
