Full-Time HR Officer for NEGROS AREA

REQUIREMENTS:
1. With at least (1) year work-related experience in the field of expertise. Fresh
graduates are welcome to apply
2. Must have completed a Bachelor’s / College degree in Industrial Psychology,
Behavioral Science, Human Resource Management or other related course.
3. Possess the ability to communicate with individuals at all levels of organization.
4. Dynamic, used to a fast paced environment, is creative, can easily understand instructions, and should be an extrovert.
5. In-depth knowledge in the chosen field of expertise in Human Resource
Management.
6. Excellent communication skills, detail-oriented, excellent organization skills.
7. Positive individual with strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Self Motivated.
8. Able to work independently with minimum supervision and has strong organization
skills.
9. Works well with pressure.
10. Computer literate.
11. Willing to be assigned in our Negros Area.
