Job Description
HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT – EMPLOYEE RELATIONS (BACOLOD)
(National Capital Reg – Bacolod City)
Responsibilities:
The Human Resources Assistant reports directly to the on-site Human Resources Manager. The primary objective is to support the HR department in a range of tasks and responsibilities. The overall objective is to increase employee and shareholder satisfaction.
- General administrative tasks (managing personal files, reporting on attendance, supporting training, dealing with resignation/dismissals etc…)
- Providing advice and support to supervisors/management
- Know site capacity and proactively reach out to resource and Account Management team with employee pool numbers
- Administrative, operational and legal assistance to the on-site HRM
- Providing advice and help to employees
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , any field.
- At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- Knowledge in Philippine Labor Laws, an advantage.
- Knowledge in benefits administration and/or employee services, an advantage
- Experience in conflict resolution, a plus
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod City.
