Job Description
HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
o Will be based in San Carlos, Negros Occidental plant site
o Possesses the following:
I. Knowledge/Education
Ø At least a holder of bachelor’s degree from a four year course in the field of Behavioral Sciences or any related field
Ø Knowledge of sound techniques in all aspects of HR Management
Ø Operational knowledge on payroll and compensation-related services
II. Experience
Ø Minimum of two (2) years as HR Manager/Officer in a manufacturing setting
Ø Minimum of five (5) years of overall HR experience
Ø At least two (2) years of Organizational Development experience preferred
Ø Proven ability to handle complex HR related issues
III. Skills/Abilities
Ø Strong management and organizational development skills
Ø Ability to interact positively with employees at all levels of the organization
Ø Ability to present complex information in an understanding and engaging way
Ø Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
Ø Strong interpersonal and problem solving skills
Ø Computer literate
