Job Description

Responsibilities:

1. Monitoring Accomplishments / Progress of finishing works
2. Process request for information and relay any architectural design issues and concerns to head office.
3. Monitors and check finishing works are in accordance with approved for contruction details.
4. Documents/Monitors change order/additional works for architectural works. Change order/ additional shall have approval from project management of head office
5. Monitors/Check manpower for finishing works submit any recommendations from head office for any additional/deduction of finishing workers.
6. Checks quality of workmanship of finishes must be in accordance with specification and shall be acceptable to quality of finishes standard by head office.
7. Monitors Materials delivery stock intended for finishing works.
8. Produce architectural design detail/shop drawing subject for project management-Head office approval prior to implementation.

Requirements:

• Requirements:
  • Male/Female not over 35 years of age.
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree , of Architecture, Preferably Licensed
  • At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate, Autocad
  • Has experiencein finishing works and site supervision
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Bacolod.
  • Full-Time positions available.
