Job Description

Recruitment Associate-Sourcing (Bacolod City)
(Eastern Visayas – Bacolod City)

Responsibilities:

• Invite qualified candidates for CSR/TSR positions using all available mediums (phone, e-mail, online job portals, etc)
• Maintain databases and trackers pertinent to sourcing operations
• Represent the company in all kinds of external and internal recruitment/sourcing events (public/3rd party-organized jobfairs, headhunter recruitment, roadshows, school jobfairs, etc)
• Provide tactical support in all kinds sourcing channels/projects/initiatives

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree in Mass Communications, Advertising/Media, Humanities/Liberal Arts, Psychology Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, or equivalent.
• Excellent English Communication Skills (Oral & Written)
• Excellent Customer Service/People Skills
• Upbeat and creative
• Required skill(s): MS Excel, MS Powerpoint.
• Previous experience in call center recruitment sourcing an advantage
• Fresh graduates/Entry level applicants are encouraged to apply.
