Job Description
RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR – (MALE OR FEMALE)
Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management At least 2-years experience as Supervisor in restaurant setting Preferably single and with pleasing personality Possesses leadership ability to lead the restaurant staff Not more than 32 years old and physically fit Knowledge in menu planning and costing is an advantage Excellent in communication and interpersonal skills
HEAD COOK – (MALE)
Qualifications: Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate is an advantage With at least 2-years cooking experience as head cook in a restaurant Possesses leadership ability to lead the kitchen staff Not more than 36 years old and physically fit Preferably with menu planning and costing ability Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
SERVICE CREW – (MALE / FEMALE) (Waiter/Waitress/Receptionist) Qualifications: Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Hotel & Restaurant Management Or at least 2nd year level in BSHRM / BSHM At least 5’3″ in height and physically fit Single, with pleasing personality Not more than 25 years old Possesses excellent communication & interpersonal skills
KITCHEN STAFF – (MALE / FEMALE)
Qualifications: BS in Hotel & Restaurant Management graduate or related course/training With at least 2 years cooking experience in a restaurant Not more than 32 years old and physically healthy With knowledge in Mexican/Pizza/Pasta and main courses preparation Skills in menu planning and costing is an advantage but not required
