Job Description
Sales Trainers with Insurance background
(Cebu, Iloilo, Bacolod)
Responsibilities:
Those who will be hired for those role will:
1. Assess relevant training needs for agencies in his/her sector, in consultation with agency leaders and business development managers
2. Recommend appropriate training solutions for sales issues or challenges
3. Plan and deliver sales training courses, particularly on sales management, product knowledge, company procedures and policies, negotiation skills, leadership skills, etc.
4. Design training courses and programs necessary to meet training needs
5. Assess training effectiveness by conducting the appropriate program evaluation6. Organize training venues, logistics, transport, accommodation as required to achieve efficient training attendance and delivery.
6. Arrange for the maintenance of all necessary equipment and materials relating to the effective delivery and measurement of training.
7. Ensure all training activities and materials meet with relevant organisational and statutory policies, including health and safety, employment and equality laws.
8. Monitor and report on activities, costs, performance, etc, as required.
Requirements:
Candidates for this position should:
1. Be a graduate of a four year Business, Marketing, Finance or other related courses
2. Be a Master’s degree in any Business Course is an Advantage
3. Have at least 1 – 1 1/2 years experience in field sales training
4. Have experience in driving sales for an insurance company or of similar nature
5. Possess excellent planning and organization skills
6. Have above average to excellent English Communication Skills
7. Be competent in negotiations and analysis
8. Be able to interview and select qualified members of the sales team
9. Have Above average presentation skills
10. Be able to use Microsoft Office applications
11. Be willing to travel
12. Should be based in Iloilo, Bacolod or Cebu
