Job Description
A five-acre resort hotel set facing the majestic sunset with delightful amenities to choose and enjoy. The resort hotel have an upgraded facility with our 24/7 wireless fidelity access and security. We offered hotel rooms, membership, functions and seminars for corporate and social events. Our amenities include swimming, billiards, table tennis, bar & restaurant, Jacuzzi, picnic huts and massage services. We cater to a variety of clients from corporate, government & non-government organizations, travel agencies, wide variety of foreign travelers, OFW’s, balikbayans and local tourists.
Sous Chef
(Western Visayas – Bacolod City)
Responsibilities:
- Assists and support the Head Chef on daily kitchen operation and administration such as:
- Menu planning
- Anaging inventory and supplies
- Safety and sanitation standards
- Overseeing kitchen staff personnel
- Plan and direct food preparation on Banquet events/function
- Ensures that all food products are of the highest quality and are ready to serve in a timely manner
- Ordering, production, holding and storage of all restaurant kitchen foods
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree Hotel and Restaurant /Nutrition/Food Technology or graduate of a culinary school or equivalent
- At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position
- Must have extensive experience in volume food preparation
- Knowledgeable in planning and execution of cuisine
- Highly organize and keen on details
