Job Description
Technical Support Representatives
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
- Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
- Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.
Requirements:
- Preferably with experience on any technical account with prior experience in a call center environment (1 year)
- Has an understanding of computer hardware
- Fluent in English with minimum detectable accent, close to neutral accent
- Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
- Superior listening skills
- Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills
- Ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level and style of communication in an understandable manner
- Ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries
- Ability to multitask
- Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
- Time Management Skills
- Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals
- Demonstrated ability to handle upset customers positively and professionally
- Willing to work day or evening/night or weekend shifts in the country of operation
