Job Description

Technical Support Representatives

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound customer service support calls from established customer
  • Cross sell value added services or products that are offered by the company
  • Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources.

Requirements:

  • Preferably with experience on any technical account with prior experience in a call center environment (1 year)
  • Has an understanding of computer hardware
  • Fluent in English with minimum detectable accent, close to neutral accent
  • Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
  • Superior listening skills
  • Problem Solving/Trouble Shooting skills
  • Ability to deliver information at customer’s knowledge level and style of communication in an understandable manner
  • Ability to apply a logical problem solving approach to resolving customer problems and inquiries
  • Ability to multitask
  • Flexible to changes and has sense of urgency
  • Time Management Skills
  • Can work under pressure, and can deliver set goals
  • Demonstrated ability to handle upset customers positively and professionally
  • Willing to work day or evening/night or weekend shifts in the country of operation
